TRAINING FOR COPING WITH STRESS AND WORRIES

Stress is a silent killer which is significantly associated with non-communicable diseases like Hypertension, Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), Stroke, Mental Disorders, Migraine Headache, Obesity and Accidents. So, we need to learn various Coping Skills to manage stress. Effective advice on stress management, time management, anger management, conflict management and crisis management can help an individual to develop a motivated and confident personality and significant skills to cope with worries.

I am an experienced Public Health Professional with more than 8 years of experience in teaching and research at university level.
